Welcome to our new home on Avenue 9!
Mark Jelley and Dale Nix purchased Avenue 9 Solutions via a Management Buy Out from the parent company Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) late in 2019, with the formal launch occurring on 6 January, 2020.
Mark and Dale were the original consultants in the first Avenue 9 consultancy; they’ve known each other for many years, working off and on alongside one another, they finally ended up at Avenue 9, which was purchased by JLL in January 2016.
After four years in JLL, working with some great people, they decided to take Avenue 9 independent and go back to the company’s entrepreneurial roots. They’ve had great support and encouragement from JLL’s management during the MBO and the Avenue 9 team thank JLL for their part in this journey.
