Our service lines generally fall into three areas: Consult, Implement and Manage. All three services are interconnected, as our “end-to-end” approach lends itself to a more holistic view of technology and innovation in Hospitality.

Consultancy has been integral to our business since inception. As hotel business consultants, our aim is to streamline our clients’ processes in order to maximise service delivery. We typically start our engagements by auditing various areas of the business, including the systems and processes being used in the hotel, and reports. This then often results in implementation of the desired outcomes, whether a project, training, process or wholesale technology transformation.
As hospitality specialists and qualified PRINCE2 project managers, our team are skilled in delivering projects and programs across departments, hotels and full estates; we have delivered projects in PMS, EPoS, Finance, HR, T&A and other applications, as well as working in tandem with contractor teams for new builds and refurbishments.
As hotel management consultants, we are often called in to manage multiple vendors post systems go-live. This ensures continuity through the projects and beyond, plus gives the client a phased transition to their internal teams.
We also offer IT services for hospitality firms, including our IT Director Service (ITDS) for those firms who do not have their own strategic IT voice in the team. We act as interim IT Director for a defined period, providing guidance, advice, procurement and vendor management to your Board and can even assist in finding our permanent replacement.
Our niche service line allows us to advise, consult, implement and manage our clients’ hospitality or hotel strategies with a complete focus on streamlining client services and systems.
