As an example, for Opera PMS we have project managed new installations into around 400 hotel sites; whereas the total number now exceeds 500 hotel sites for Opera upgrades.
Additionally, we project manage Protel PMS (SPE and MPE), Guestline Rezlynx and other PMS products.
Our clients have also asked us to manage implementations of Finance, HR and ERP, CRM, EPoS, table management, Spa, Leisure and Activity management applications into their tech stack.
For each of the projects we manage, we use Smartsheet (and Basecamp, where appropriate) to provide full transparency, access to project documentation and up-to-date information to our clients and vendors, keeping all parties fully aware of tasks, milestones and deliverables.
In order to ensure a smooth transition when a project is handed back to a client, Avenue 9 Solutions will train internal teams, showing them how to successfully manage the new hotel systems and services.
